Our Company
Caldwell Commercial Construction Inc. (CCCI) was founded by Gary Caldwell, a construction manager with over 30 years of experience in commercial construction in the U.S. and Canada. Gary holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and holds several professional certifications including:
- Gold Seal Certification
- LEED Green Associate
- Healthcare Construction Certification
Before founding CCCI, Gary worked with major general contractors, managing projects across diverse industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) industries—corporate office, healthcare, research laboratory, higher education, and automotive. His leadership combines technical precision with creative problem-solving resulting in projects that meet demanding schedules, budgets, and expectations.
CCCI partners with some of the best trades and consultants, in the business, who are known for innovative and quality craftsmanship and designs through collaborative efforts.
We proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area and its neighboring cities, delivering quality construction services tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
